The Café at Kitchen in the Canyon offers an array of on and off site gourmet catering options that are seasonally inspired and reasonably priced. From small work lunches to large beachside gatherings, we’ll bring the best of our café menu, and so much more, right to your door.

At Our House

At Kitchen in the Canyon, we can host events or groups ranging from 10 to 100 people! Our friendly and experienced staff will set up, cook, serve and clean up.

Staff Costs:

Server(s) @ $20/hr  *Bartender available @$40/hr

Party Size Costs:

Up to 15 - Community Table Room - $100/hr

25 to 50 - Kitchen Cellar Room - $150/hr

50 to 100 - Entire Kitchen Café - $200/hr

 

Pick-Up Service

Place your 10+ person to-go order with us at least 24 hours in advance. Beverages also available at scale for pick up.

* Maximum 200 persons per to-go order

 

At your house or venue

Buffet Service

Our staff will set up the buffet display and replenish food and beverages, while attending to guests and bussing tables

Staff Costs:

Server(s) @ $20/hr  *Bartender available @$40/hr

Party Size:

Minimum - 20 persons, Maximum - 200 persons

Drop-Off Service

Our staff will set up the buffet display, and return after your event, or the next day to pick up all equipment.

Party Size:

Minimum - 20 persons, Maximum - 200 persons

Transport Costs:

$20 within 20 miles

* Sales Tax and a 20% Service Charge applicable on all orders and events. From our following Catering Menu, please choose at least 1 Salad or Starter, at least 1 Entrée, and 1 Side/Dessert for all catering orders. A 50% deposit due at time of booking, and remainder of payment on event date. We can work with you to design a gluten free/vegetarian menu.

Breakfast

(Pricing per person based upon 10 person minimum)

 

Fresh Seasonal Fruit - $4.50

Assorted Pastries, Muffins, Scones, Cinnamon Rolls - $4.75

Continental Breakfast - Assorted Breakfast Pastries, Bagels, Herb Cream Cheese, Fresh Fruit, Orange Juice, Coffee & Tea - $10

MC Canyon Breakfast - Assorted Artisan Pastries, Scones, Cinnamon Rolls, Muffins, Bacon & Potato Frittata or Spinach & Mushroom Frittata, Fresh Fruit Platter, Orange Juice, Coffee & Tea - $14 

Canyon Fruit Platters:

Small - Serves 8-10 persons - $50

Medium - Serves 12-16 persons - $80

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing Orders - Orders can be placed by phone at 949-715-5388, or in person at the cafe. We require at least 24 hours to prepare orders, but under certain circumstances can accomodate last minute orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A deposit may be required

Fees & Charges - Delivery Fees and applicable sales tax will be applied

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged entire amount. Cancellations 48 hours prior will be charged fifty (50) percent

Substitution & Changes - We reserve the option to make substitutions when certain items are unavailable or unacceptable to our strict standards. All prices subject to change without notice

Kitchen in the Canyon also offers on and off-premesis special event planning & coordination services. We can plan arrange for service & bar staff, chefs, rentals, decor, and valet services. Class Format Overviews

Small Group Classes (i.e., “Date Night”)

  • Traditional small group class
  • Typically, one chef and ten students
  • Hands-on
  • Learn, cook, and eat
  • The school sets the calendar and themes, students sign-up for a class and date that suits them.

 

Technique Classes

  • Three-part series
  • Skills-focused rather than menu-focused
  • Hands-on
  • Learn, cook, and eat
  • The school sets the calendar and skills, students sign-up for the series and dates that suit them.

 

Private and Corporate Events

  • Group-booked event (whole class is one group)
  • Hands-on (but may be less so given typically shorter duration of corporate events)
  • The group picks the date, time, and theme.
